I like the proposed name "Resource-Based Settlement Experiment (RBSE)", because it makes pretty clear, what it is and does not include anything that might change - because Resource-Based it is, changing that would just make it a completely different project. Maybe there is a better word instead of "settlement". The comments about the term "economy" are just not true. Dear author, please educate yourself and remove that point or correct it (you can read just the first few words on the Wikipedia article about economy - if you don't trust Wikipedia, check somewhere else, if you have references that support your statements, provide them).
