− | Most people will be very surprised an idealistic project like Rbe10K is considering a prison. Idealistic however does not mean: our project will be ideal. Idealism means we have ideas that we think are better than what we see around us and we want to try to act on them and bring them in to practice. Not having a prison and instead relying on the prison system of the country we are in is too easy and maybe even a missed opportunity. Naturally we can think of a way to deal with this issue in a much more humane, rational (retribution should no be part of a legal system) and holistic (the legal system should be intricately interwoven with education and architecture) way.
